In order to diversify its product and service range to all the sectors involved in information management it has invested in other companies, such as, in Spain, Experian Bureau de Crédito, C.T.I. and Serfel.
INFORMA D&B has also expanded its business internationally, setting up commercial information companies in Latin America: Informa Colombia and Informa del Perú Información Económica. Moreover, following the company’s agreement with Dun & Bradstreet, it is the sole shareholder of the Portuguese firm Informa D&B Portugal.
