RAI (Registro de Aceptaciones Impagadas)

The Registro de Aceptaciones Impagadas (Unpaid Loans Registry) is formed by information on unpaid bills, exclusively for legal entities, for ammounts of 300,51 euros or above, in documents where there exists a signature of the debtor recognising the debt (accepted letters, exchange promissory notes, current account checks and current account promissory notes), broadly used in the banking system and with executive power.

Now, straight from our Commercial Reports or the Credit Assessment you will know if a company have any outstanding debt at R.A.I., and if so:

• The total number of unpaid loans.
• The total ammount of the debt
• and the date of the last incidence
