This month we present important news like our New Searcher, the improvements made in our Public Tenders and Grants service and the changes that the entry into force of the  new Ley Concursal 

New Searcher

In our determination to offer the best service we have implemented a new searcher with the most modern index systems to achieve the most efficient company search of the market.

This new INFORMA's searcher offers 4 main advantages:

  • Searchs and results by logo, title, business name, former name...

    When using our new word searcher, we recommend to:

    • Search in all Spain, only limit the search to provinces if you are completely sure of the Register of companies province where the records of the company are.
    • First, always try to find the company by its official name in the Register of Companies.
    • If you are not sure of the name of the company, try its variants. (singular/ plural, masculine/ femenine, etc.)

    'Public Tenders and Grants' News

    Complementary to our current Public Tenders and Grants service we have incorporate two new products:

    Sanitary and Hospitalary Tender: product including all the information on all the sanitary public tenders of a year, the calls, the opening and adjudications. Besides, you could see and download all the technical specifications and complete information indispensables so as to present to any sanitary public tender.

    Works info: This product allows you to know all the available information about work projects and works going on in Spain, with all the contact data of the people of each work (promoters and builders) and to follow all the building stages.

    New concurso procedure

    Because of the entry into force on September 2004 of the new Ley Concursal 22/2003, on 9th July, the new situation called "Concurso" will be processed in INFORMA.

    The "Concurso" that would affect individuals and juridical persons would substitute the previous insolvency proceedings: 'Concurso de acreedores' and 'Quita y espera' (for individuals) and 'Suspensión de pagos' and 'Quiebra' (for sole proprietorships and companies).Nevertheless the proceedings opened would continue their evolution up to their end with the current legislation in force.

    If it is published, you will be able to find this information in INFORMA, in "Judicial information", in "Acts published in BORME" and in "Press releases"; as well as in the corresponding parts of the report, having an effect on the company rating according to the procedure stage.
