Thanks to the collaboration agreement reached with Aplicaciones Estadisticas y Consultoria, S.L., we do offer you, with preferential conditions, the largest Spanish households' database, with classifications based on their estimated income.

Rentavalua is a specialized predicting model for the income level, applicable to Spain, that incorporates the updated value of each property. Both the dwelling valuation and the income estimation (at a census section level in Madrid and town level in the rest of Spain) aggregated results are corroborated and certified by the Mathematics Faculty of the UCM (Complutense University of Madrid).
