What is the RIJ?

The Judicial Unpaid Amounts Register is a specialised negative solvency file for lawyers, legal representatives and labour adviser in which they can include and consult debts that are in court or in the pre-judicial phase and that have been claimed on their own behalf or on behalf of their clients.

The Judicial Unpaid Amounts Register (RIJ) file includes debts that are certain, due, payable, not inferior to 50€, whose existence or amount has not been the subject of an administrative or judicial claim by the debtor or through a binding alternative dispute resolution procedure between the parties.

What is the RIJ?

If the company is included in this file you will obtain for each default of payment of this NIF:

  • Debtor classification.
  • Debt origin.
  • Total amount claimed.
  • Outstanding amount.
  • Non-payment date.

If the company is not included in RIJ you would obtain:

  • Verification that the company has no incidents in the Judicial Unpaid Amounts Register (RIJ) with the consultation date and time.
