Remuneration

In 2024, INFORMA's Managing Director received fixed remuneration of €170,062 and variable remuneration upon achievement of objectives of €67,656.

Severance Pay Upon Senior Management Resignation

No severance pay has been granted upon resignation at INFORMA.

Post-employment Requirements

Authorisation for carrying out private activity upon termination of senior management positions in the Spanish General State Administration or similar positions in Autonomous Communities or Local Entities

No authorisations have been granted to carry out private activity upon termination of senior positions at Informa D&B, S.A.U. (S.M.E.).
