This solution is based on an OpenAI language model hosted in a secure INFORMA environment. The system does not learn, nor can it be trained: it only generates responses using the information available in our database, which is enriched with our own specifications and context to ensure that the assistant can interpret it and respond appropriately.
Thanks to these two aspects, the assistant not only provides data but also the understanding needed to interpret it more profoundly and with greater confidence. In addition, it allows internet search only when the user selects it.
