Publication date

The 2025 Sustainability Report reflects the consolidation of the ESG dashboard, the start of the double materiality analysis and Forética’s SGE 21 assessment, in which the company scored 86 out of 100.

INFORMA has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, which sets out the organisation’s progress on environmental, social and governance matters. The document puts the overall compliance level of its ESG dashboard at 93%, above the target set for the fiscal year, which was 92%.

The report reflects a shift towards more structured and measurable sustainability management. In 2025, INFORMA consolidated the use of the ESG dashboard as the main tool for monitoring its commitments and launched its first double materiality analysis, a process that will continue in 2026 and will serve as the basis for the 2026-2028 Sustainability Master Plan.

The company was also assessed under Forética’s SGE 21 standard, a European benchmark aimed at integrating ethics, sustainability and social responsibility into business management. In this assessment it achieved an overall score of 86 out of 100, reaching a higher level of conformity, with areas reviewed including governance, people, customers, the supply chain, the social and environmental environment, competition and relations with public administrations.

Sustainability is part of the way we manage the company and how we understand the value of business information. The ESG dashboard enables us to move from commitments to measurable targets and to track progress more rigorously”, notes Isaac Martín Barbero, chief executive officer of Informa D&B.

Customer trust and responsible innovation

INFORMA is a customer-focused company and is aware of the importance of the information it provides on businesses for the proper functioning of the market. In 2025, overall satisfaction among domestic customers reached 4.57 points out of 5, with 94.66% of customers satisfied. The Net Promoter Score rose to 59.6, which is 5.6 points higher than in the previous fiscal year, confirming user loyalty and willingness to recommend.

In parallel, INFORMA continued to promote data-driven solutions and made progress in the responsible management of innovation. In 2025 it approved a Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence Policy and created a dedicated committee to oversee its implementation, with the aim of incorporating these technologies in an ethical, safe and transparent manner.

People, training and job stability

In terms of people, the report highlights a workforce with 100% permanent contracts, 57% women and turnover of 3.28%. The company delivered 6,993 hours of training in 2025, with 100% workforce participation, and recorded a workplace climate indicator of 4.1 out of 5, alongside an employee NPS of 47.

INFORMA also maintains flexibility and work-life balance measures such as continuous working hours, remote working, a time bank and an intensive working day during the summer months.

Stability, diversity and talent development are essential elements in sustaining INFORMA’s evolution. Our goal is to continue promoting a working environment that combines specialised knowledge, flexibility, continuous training and people’s participation in the company’s challenges”, states Ana García, Director of People and Organisation at Informa D&B.

Environmental commitment and social impact

On environmental matters, INFORMA has maintained a management system certified to ISO 14001 since 2012 and has a 100% renewable electricity supply at its Madrid and Barcelona offices. The company also expanded the calculation perimeter of its carbon footprint with data for scopes 1, 2 and 3, and has offset 100% of its emissions since 2015 via the CeroCO2 programme, in collaboration with ECODES.

This environmental commitment is complemented by social impact initiatives. In 2025, INFORMA allocated €40,359 to social projects and maintained its commitment to devote 0.7% of its profits to this type of action. INFORMA has a Volunteers’ Club and 16% of the workforce took part in activities in 2025. Collaborations carried out this year included Fundación CRIS Contra el Cáncer, FEDER, Fundación Bobath, Mamás en Acción, AUCAVI, FAST España and Fundación AVA, with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as the reference framework.

Supply chain and ESG data

The integration of ESG criteria extends to supplier relationships. In 2025, INFORMA analysed the ESG performance of 228 suppliers using Dun & Bradstreet’s Risk Analytics ESG, providing an initial snapshot of the supply chain and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The report links sustainability to INFORMA’s core activity, which is based on collecting, processing and analysing business data. The company holds information on over 6.3 million domestic companies and provides services to more than 4.46 million registered users.

In the ESG sphere, INFORMA has developed specific non-financial information capabilities and currently collects over 90 ESG indicators from different sources. The company makes an annual investment of around €12 million in the purchase and processing of information and has more than 150 professionals dedicated to data collection, analysis and validation.
