A report available for both companies and sole proprietorships that combines business and financial information with data from the Mercantile Register, Property Register and a research conducted by our analysts' team.

What is the Prejudicial Report?

The Prejudicial Report allows you to find out all the commercial, financial and register information available on a company.

This report, available for both companies and sole proprietorships, combines a Financial Report (or a Credit Report for sole proprietors), with all the register information plus a research block prepared by INFORMA D&B.

Prejudicial Company Report

The company prejudicial report contains three sections :

Financial Report

  • Economic and financial information: balance sheet, profit and loss account, net worth changes status and cash flow status.
  • Credit risk information: business solvency and credit opinion.
  • Business information: composition of the governing body, activity, employees, brands, BORME, press, etc.
  • Information on delinquency: main delinquency files (RAI, ASNEF Empresas Business and Financial Defaults of payment, EBE, ICIRED and RIJ).

Investigated information

Our specialised team of analysts research the following aspects:

  • Bank references: Investigation of existing information from the banks with which the company or sole proprietorship works.
  • Governing body: with reference to its composition (joint and several directors, joint administrators, board of directors, committees, etc.).
  • Financial links of the company and of the directors.

Register information

  • Filed Accounts: private companies only.
  • Simple Report of articles of incorporation and current board members.
  • BORME history: all registrations.
  • Index service: consult the Index of Properties of the company and of all board members.
  • Register Verifications: two verifications of the company plus another one of the main administrator.
  • Publication of incidents in Official Gazettes and Lawsuits.

The Sole Proprietorship's Prejudicial Report has three sections:

  • Business Risk Information.
  • Business information.
  • Financial information: although sole proprietorships have no obligations to file in their accounts, in some cases they file information on sales, provisions or financial results.
