What is the RIJ?

Judicial Unpaid Amounts Register is a specialised defaults of payment file for lawyers including unpaid debts managed by law firms both on their behalf and on behalf of their clients.

The Judicial Unpaid Amounts Register (RIJ) file includes debts that are certain, due, payable, not inferior to 50€, whose existence or amount has not been the subject of an administrative or judicial claim by the debtor or through a binding alternative dispute resolution procedure between the parties.

If the company is not included in RIJ you would obtain:
